  • We are on the lookout for a Tech Support Specialist with extensive experience in affiliate marketing and a strong command of web development technologies.
  • This role requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, alongside knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Appsflyer, Adjust, HubSpot, Wordpress and Ladipage.
  • The ideal candidate must be fluent in written English, possess excellent documentation skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both the in-house team and clients.
  • Technical Support & Web Development: Offer expert technical support and use web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to develop and manage websites and landing pages.
  • Affiliate Marketing & Digital Tools Proficiency: Assist in affiliate marketing and adeptly use various digital marketing tools.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, and effectively communicate with the team and clients to provide technical solutions and support.
  • Adaptive Learning: Quickly learn and adapt to new digital marketing technologies and trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing technology.


  • Solid experience in tech support with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools like GTM, Appsflyer, Adjust, HubSpot, Wordpress and Ladipage.
  • Fluent in English, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear and informative documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.


1/ Salary Structure:

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

2/ Bonus Structure:

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.

3/ Insurance Policy and Health Care:

  • Full insurance coverage is provided as required by law, including additional insurance for business trips.
