PR & COMMUNICATION LEADER

●  Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
●  Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
●  Salary: Gross up to 1000 USD (2 Probation months)
●  Insurance: payment based on full salary
  •  Developing and implementing public relations strategies: Creating comprehensive PR strategies to promote the organization's image and objectives. This involves identifying target audiences, determining key messages, and selecting appropriate communication channels.
  •  Media relations: Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure positive coverage for the organization. This includes drafting press releases, organizing media events, and facilitating interviews.
  •  Brand management: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels. This involves developing brand guidelines, monitoring brand perception, and addressing any inconsistencies.
  •  Content creation: Creating compelling content, including written materials, speeches, presentations, and multimedia assets, to effectively communicate the organization's messages across various platforms and channels.
  •  Social media management: Overseeing the organization's presence on social media platforms, developing social media strategies, and monitoring online conversations to maintain a positive online reputation.
  •  Monitoring and measurement: Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of PR and communication initiatives through the use of metrics, such as media coverage, website traffic, social media engagement, and sentiment analysis.
  •  Internal communication: Developing and executing internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment within the organization. This includes employee newsletters, intranet updates, and organizing town hall meetings.
  •  Crisis communication: Preparing and implementing crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential reputational risks. This involves developing strategies for responding to and addressing negative publicity or emergency situations.
  •  Team management: Leading and managing a team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support, and overseeing their daytoday activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • - Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to various stakeholders.
  • - Media relations expertise: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with media professionals to secure positive coverage.
  • - Crisis management: Skill in developing crisis communication plans and effectively managing reputational risks during challenging situations.
  • - Digital and social media proficiency: Knowledge of digital platforms, social media management, and leveraging online channels for effective communication.
  • - Leadership and teamwork: Strong leadership skills to lead a team, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • - Adaptability and flexibility: The ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, marketing, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position is preferred. Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Salary Structure

Bonus Structure

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.
