● Salary: Up to 23M gross (2 Probation months) + kpis bonus

Business Development Manager in our affiliate agency, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue generation by recruiting and managing a network of publishers of your department. You will be responsible for helping, guiding all members of your department identify and engage potential publishers, selling them on our affiliate campaigns, and ensuring their ongoing success in promoting our clients' products or services. Your focus will be on coaching, providing guidance and best practicing in order to help team members build strong relationships with publishers, maximize their performance, and drive revenue growth.
  • Publisher Management and Growth:
Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long tail Publisher relationships on behalf of Clients, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions.
  • Onboarding and Training:
Guide recruited publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
Provide comprehensive training to publishers on how to maximize their revenue potential using our platform's tools and features.
  • Account Management:
Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Revenue Generation:
Own and build mid-tier and long tail Publisher (Rentracks's Partner) relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for future investments.
Effectively manage a pipeline and accurately forecast new business timelines and revenue
Prepare strategic and revenue generating opportunities to present directly to clients
Understand and address the publisher's business objectives and present consultative solutions
Persuasively argue for executive-level sign-off on deal terms for strategic publisher deals
  • Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure publisher performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to publishers, highlighting their progress and revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: 
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal relationships with Account, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams
  • Mentor Client Partnerships Associates: 
Coach, provide guidance and best practices to help team members succeed at Rentracks Affiliate

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management position in the marketing field, having account marketing skills.
  • Having leadership skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Account, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams
  • Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win strategies that lead to successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands on experience in excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Very fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude

III. BENEFITS:

1/ Salary Structure:

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

2/ Bonus Structure:

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.

3/ Insurance Policy and Health Care:

  • Full insurance coverage is provided as required by law, including additional insurance for business trips.
  • Employees are entitled to an annual health check at reputable clinics known for their high-quality services.
