  • Prepare strategic and revenue-generating opportunities to present directly to clients
  • Identify new sources of revenue: own and build mid-tier and long-tail Publisher (Rentracks's Partner) relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for future investments.
  • Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long tail Publisher relationships on behalf of Clients, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, and disseminating offers and promotions.
  • Help Clients maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spending by building and interpreting program performance data
  • As a growth opportunity, the potential to lead the overall strategy and execution of the Client’s affiliate program
  • As part of a Client Development team, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
  • Align with the Client Development team to ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
  • Mentor Client Partnerships Associates: coach, provide guidance and best practices to help team members succeed at Rentracks Affiliate
  • Working time: 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM from Monday to Friday;
  • Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
  • Salary: From 1000 - 1200 USD (2 Probation months)
  • Social insurance will be paid based on full salary;
  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience and a minimum of 2 years experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance marketing.
  • Clear and effective communication and can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to influence/develop account strategies that leverage analytics and insights to contribute to meeting or exceeding advertiser objectives.
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results, and are able to directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns and quarterly business results.
  • Results-oriented problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.


Salary and Bonus Policy

  • Salary according to staff capacity
  • Basic salary increase one time/year, income levels increase according to performance and experience of staff contributing reality to the revenue of the company.
  • Probationary salary is 85% official salary
  • Lunar New Year (minimum bonus of 13-month salary and up to 18th-month salary depending on the business situation ), 1/1, 2/9, 30/4
  • Bonus according to the position/project
  • Outstanding individual bonus
