BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER

I. RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
● Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
● Salary: Up to 20M gross (2 Probation months) + Incentive
● Insurance: payment based on full salary

1. Clients Development:

  • Approach new potential clients and explore the business potential.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.

2. Campaign Optimization:

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Improving the campaign's performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

3. Department Building:

  • Build an optimized process for the department
  • In charge of recruiting, training, coaching for team members.

4. Affiliate Network Development:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's Affiliate Network strategy.
  • Grow and optimize the portfolio of affiliates across diverse verticals and traffic sources.
  • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on the performance of the Affiliate Network.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years in doing B2B business in Leader role.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of Appslyer, Adjust
  • Have experience working for Digital Agencies
  • Good knowledge about Mobile Apps, Banking, Ecommerce
  • Expert in communication and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
  • General and logical problem analysis.
  • Good English

III. BENEFITS:

1/ Salary Structure:

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

2/ Bonus Structure:

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13th-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18th-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.

3/ Insurance Policy and Health Care:

  • Full insurance coverage is provided as required by law, including additional insurance for business trips.
  • Employees are entitled to an annual health check at reputable clinics known for their high-quality services.

4/ Other Policies:

  • Continuous skills development and professional training courses are offered to enhance the capabilities of different teams.
