We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join Rentracks. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing our affiliate program and driving revenue through affiliate marketing. The manager has to ensure that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it. Constant monitoring by the manager helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing and a passion for driving results.

AFFILIATE MANAGER

● Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
● Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
● Salary: From 2000$ (+ incentive)
● Insurance: payment based on full salary

I. DESCRIPTION

1. About business activities:

a. Business Development:

- Responsible for the business results and operations of department
- Market research
- Recruit, develop customers, build strategies and business plans
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

b. Operation:

- Organize the development of policies, procedures, process and manage all department activities
- Handle tasks that arise during operations
- Plan and manage departments in the company to carry out tasks.

c. Report:

- Report weekly and monthly to BOD, communicating performance of programs and suggestions for improvement.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Soft skills:

- Analytical Skills: analyzing data to understand which affiliates and strategies perform best, reviewing metrics, such as click-through rates and conversions, to optimize the program and increase ROI.
- Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, members of department; cultivating these relationships to ensure that satisfied, motivated, and producing favorable results for the company.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: utilizing platforms like affiliate networks, tracking software, and analytical tools is essential.
- Strategic Planning: setting clear goals, understanding market trends, and crafting strategies to achieve those goals are crucial elements of the role.
- Negotiation Skills: affiliate marketing often involves negotiating commission rates, promotional strategies, and partnership terms. Being an effective negotiator ensures that the company secures favorable terms and maximizes the benefits of its affiliate partnerships.

2. Others:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing/related field or at least 2 years in doing B2B business in manager role
- Good English is a special advantage.

III. BENEFITS

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills

  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

2/ Bonus structure:

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: 13th month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4
