Account Senior (Sales Advertiser)

●  Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
●  Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
●  Salary: Up to 800 USD (2 Probation months)
●  Insurance: payment based on full salary
  •  Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  •  Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  •  During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Bonus Structure

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  •  Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  •  Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  •  Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.

OVERVIEW

  • As an Account Manager in the sales advertiser team of an affiliate marketing agency, your role will focus on acquiring new advertisers, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will involve actively prospecting new business, nurturing existing client partnerships, and maximizing campaign performance. Here's a comprehensive job description for the position:

New Business Acquisition

  •  Identify and prospect potential advertisers to expand the agency's client base.
  •  Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on competitors' activities.
  •  Reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
  •  Present the agency's value proposition and services, highlighting the benefits of affiliate marketing to potential advertisers.
  •  Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the agency and the advertiser.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers, serving as their main point of contact.
  •  Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements.
  •  Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and target audience.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams, such as the publisher management, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Campaign Performance Optimization

  •  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversions, clickthrough rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  •  Identify areas for optimization and propose strategies to enhance campaign performance and achieve targets.
  •  Work closely with the publisher management team to identify suitable affiliates and optimize traffic sources.
  •  Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights, progress, and recommendations for improvement.

Revenue Growth and Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  •  Continuously monitor sales pipeline, track progress, and take necessary actions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  •  Forecast and report on sales metrics, including revenue, conversions, and advertiser acquisition.
  •  Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection from advertisers

Market Analysis and Industry Knowledge

  •  Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  •  Analyze market potential, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  •  Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
  •  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the affiliate marketing or digital advertising industry.
  •  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  •  Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and performance analytics.
