PUBLISHER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
II. DESCRIPTION
I. OVERVIEW
- Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
- Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
- Salary: 500$ - 700$ ( Incentive + KPI )
- The Senior Account Management role is critical to Rentracks’s strategy for expanding its reach and driving revenue growth with enterprise Publishers (Rentracks's Partner). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to identify, nurture, and optimize marketing programs with some of the leading online Publishers. Specially, you will identify new qualified partnerships and help Publishers discover addiltional business opportunities thẻir earnings within Rentracks. This potsition is deeply involved in partnership marketing uiwthin an entrepreneurial, collaborative team enviroment that rewards results - driven and passionate marketerrs.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers to expand the affiliate network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to maximize performance
- Negotiate commission structures and promotional deals with partners
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure revenue optimization
- Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams ( marketing, product, and tech ) to improve campaign efficiency
- Enssure complicance with company piolicies and affiliate marketing best practices
III. REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital sales, or business edevelopment
- Strong knowledge of affiliate network, tracking platforms, and online advertising
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Self - motivated, target - oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced enviroment
- Proactive, confident, and willng to take on challenges
- Good at English, other languages are a plus

- Probationary salary is 85% official salary
