Business Development Manager in our affiliate agency, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue generation by recruiting and managing a network of publishers of your department. You will be responsible for helping, guiding all members of your department identify and engage potential publishers, selling them on our affiliate campaigns, and ensuring their ongoing success in promoting our clients' products or services. Your focus will be on coaching, providing guidance and best practicing in order to help team members build strong relationships with publishers, maximize their performance, and drive revenue growth.
