Account Admin (Sales Admin)

● Working time : 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday
● Working place : 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC
● Salary : from 350 USD (2 months probation)
● Social insurance contributions are based on total gross salary.
  • Manage obligations to clients (Account) and third-party vendors (Partnership);
  • Prepare, send and manage Contracts, IO and Annex;
  • Ensure financial documents before project implementation: Launching Request, Payment request;
  • Monthly reconcile revenue and expenses between departments;
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable;
  • Perform any other tasks, duties between Account department and Partnership department regarding payment process and debt collection;
  • Generate client code.


  • Fresher, College Bachelor/Bachelor Degree in relevant fields (Business, Finance…);
  • Proven work experience as an Account Administrator or similar role;
  • Having good understanding of office workflow;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word) and Google Calendar;
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, have a strong drive to learn and develop own career path;
  • General and logical problem analysis;
  • Good English is a special advantage.


  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Salary Structure

Bonus Structure

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.
