SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Overview

The Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can generate compelling content, manage online communities, and analyze data to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
  • Set specific goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
  • Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;

  • Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh

  • Monthly income: Up to 800 USD (2 Probation months)

  • Insurance: Payment based on full salary

Responsbilities

Social Media Strategy

Content Creation and Curation

  • Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure regular posting across all social media channels.
  • Curate and share relevant user-generated content to foster community engagement.

Community Management

  • Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Encourage discussions, address customer inquiries and concerns, and maintain a positive brand image.

Social Media Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific objectives.
  • Identify target demographics, select appropriate ad formats, and monitor ad performance.
  • Stay informed about ad targeting options, bidding strategies, and platform updates.
  •  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  •  Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
  •  In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  •  Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting engaging content.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  •  Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  •  Experience in running social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
  •  Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media is advantageous

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools.
  • Track key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience demographics.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

SALARY AND BONUS POLICY

 Salary Structure

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Bonus Structure

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.

  • Full insurance coverage is provided as required by law, including additional insurance for business trips.
  • Employees are entitled to an annual health check at reputable clinics known for their high-quality services.
