Partnership Development (Sales Publisher)

JOB SUMMARY 

As a Sales Publisher in our affiliate agency, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue generation by recruiting and managing a network of publishers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential publishers, selling them on our affiliate campaigns, and ensuring their ongoing success in promoting our clients' products or services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with publishers, maximizing their performance, and driving revenue growth.  
  • Working time : 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday
  • Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
  • Working style : On site / Remote / Hybrid
  • Monthly income: Up to 1000 USD and Bonus KPIs (2 Probation months)
  • Insurance: Payment based on full salary
  • Search and build Publisher's network (Publishers are those who own and can interact effectively on at least 01 social network account FB - Instagram - Tiktok, Website, Youtube channel...);
  • Research and analyze competitors, helpful in developing business strategies;
  • Guide Publishers how to sell/approach on Digital Marketing channels to optimize revenue and profit of each campaign;
  • Coordinate with Account and Marketing teams to optimize and promote maximum effectiveness for each campaign;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fresher or at least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (knowing about Google Ads / Facebook Ads), having sales skills, priority is given to candidates who have worked with pharmaceutical products, Mother & baby, FMCG, Fintech. ..;
  • Graduated from relevant majors such as Economics, Finance, Marketing,…;
  • Logical thinking, have basic knowledge of Sales and Digital Marketing;
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Basic English reading and writing;
  • Positive attitude, high responsibility for work.

Salary & Bonus Policy

 Salary Structure

  • Salaries are determined based on the individual's capacity and skills.
  • Basic salary is subject to an annual increase, taking into account performance and experience that contribute to the company's revenue.
  • During the probationary period, the salary is set at 85% of the official salary.

Bonus Structure

  • Lunar New Year Bonus: Minimum bonus equivalent to a 13-month salary, with the possibility of up to an 18-month salary, based on the company's business situation.
  • Additional bonuses are provided on specific dates: 1/1, 2/9, and 30/4.
  • Bonuses may vary depending on the employee's position or project.
  • Outstanding individuals may receive special performance-based bonuses.
