  • Prepare strategic and revenue-generating opportunities to present directly to Publishers
  • Identify new sources of revenue: own and build mid-tier and long-tail Publisher (Rentracks's Partner) relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for future investments.
  • Recruit, manage and develop mid-tier and long tail Publisher relationships on behalf of Clients, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, and disseminating offers and promotions.
  • Prepare strategic and revenue-generating opportunities to present directly to Publishers
  • As a growth opportunity, the potential to lead the overall strategy and execution of the Publishers’s affiliate program
  • As part of a Publisher Development team, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
  • Align with the Publisher Development team to ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
  • Mentor Publisher Partnerships Associates: coach, provide guidance and best practices to help team members succeed at Rentracks Affiliate.
  • Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;
  • Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh
  • Salary: From 500 - 1200 USD (2 Probation months)
  • Social insurance will be paid based on full salary;
  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience and a minimum of 2 years experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance marketing and experiences in Facebook Ads, Google Ads..
  • Good English is a special advantage 
  • Clear and effective communication and can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results, and are able to directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns and quarterly business results.
  • Results-oriented problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.
